Email privacy & preferences

AI Today and Robotics Today are published by Herman Goldstein. Email requests are used only to deliver the selected publications and messages needed to confirm or manage that subscription.

Before email delivery launches, the form saves a launch-list request. It does not start a subscription. You’ll be asked to confirm your email and selected publications before receiving briefings.

Pending requests are stored in our protected site database and deleted after 30 days if not completed. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours. We retain short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit automated signup abuse. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics or publish subscriber lists.

Once delivery is enabled, we manage subscriptions with self-hosted listmonk and send mail through our own Postfix server. Open and click tracking are disabled. Each publication has its own preference, and every briefing email includes a link to manage subscriptions or unsubscribe.
